Experience, learn, and train the healing interplay of body and soul through intensive rest, healing, and energy work in therapeutic trance (including trance journeys), combined with body therapy elements. Gentle touch, energy massage, Ayurvedic yoga therapy, and sensitive movement lead to a pleasurable experience of deep relaxation, well-being, health, strength, and endurance. A special highlight is the vibration during hypnotic trampoline therapy, which balances, harmonizes, and energetically strengthens the metabolism.

Experience, learn, and train hypnotic ideomotor skills as an unconscious miracle for the synergistic interplay of body and soul in a soothing, professionally guided trance. Deep hypnotic relaxation, healing, and energy work with body-therapeutic elements from yoga therapy with an Ayurvedic background. Energy massage and targeted, gentle movements for the harmony of mind and body. Verbal guidance hypnosis combined with carefully coordinated body treatments for self-application and in a therapeutic setting. Hypnotic trampoline therapy and power massages for health, elasticity, and endurance, good sleep, inner peace, and outer radiance.
Prerequisites: Interest in specialized therapeutic hypnosis training and self-care. Enjoyment of personal development, physical harmony, and spiritual unfolding. Mental stability and professional experience.
